US Recruiter
We’re looking for a skilled and tech-savvy IT recruiter with solid experience in the whole US hiring cycle—someone who knows how to identify top talent and efficiently close roles. The candidate must be proactive, willing to go above and beyond, creative, possess exceptional relationship-building skills, and have good communication skills.
What you’ll be doing :
- Reviewing client job openings and identifying the right candidates to match.
- Using a mix of online tools and social media to source talent.
- Posting jobs on platforms like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, and Indeed.
- Conducting detailed interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and compensation expectations (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Handling both contract and permanent roles.
- Collaborating daily with team leads and account managers to stay on top of active roles and hiring progress.
- Working with applicant tracking systems and internal tools to keep everything organized and efficient.
- Recruiting across both IT and non-IT roles, with a strong focus on W2 hiring for direct clients.
- Bringing at least 2 years of hands-on experience in US staffing, ideally with exposure to MSP / VMS environments.
- Staying up to date on IT trends, technologies, and market demands.
- Comfortable recruiting US citizens and Green Card holders.
- Using both traditional and creative sourcing strategies to meet client needs.
- Applying Boolean search techniques to dig deep and find the best candidates.
- Understanding the nuances of domain-specific and tech-based recruiting.
What you bring :
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.2+ years of experience in US recruitment.Familiarity with US hiring terms like W2, 1099, and visa types.Shift Timings - 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM IST / 7 PM - 4 AM IST.
