Associate Managers – Sales
in Kolkata to lead dynamic sales teams and drive exponential growth.
Your Role & Impact
As an
Associate Manager – Sales , you will :
Lead & Inspire Teams :
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Associates to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Own Revenue Growth :
Drive end-to-end sales performance across B2C funnels (L1 Workshops → L2 Premium Programs → L3 Ultra-Premium).
Sales Strategy & Execution :
Track metrics, optimize conversion ratios, and implement strategies to maximize productivity and revenue.
Customer Success Focus :
Ensure every learner gets a consultative, empathetic sales experience aligned with their career goals.
Performance Coaching :
Provide real-time feedback, conduct call audits, and groom BDAs for fast-track career growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure lead quality, smooth processes, and consistent customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Education :
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience :
3–6 years in B2C inside sales; prior EdTech exposure is a strong advantage. At least 1 year in a team leadership role.
Communication :
Exceptional verbal and written English; confident presenter.
Sales Drive :
Proven record of exceeding sales targets with resilience and agility.
Leadership Skills :
Strong ability to coach teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a high-performance culture.
Location Preference :
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
