We are looking to hire an exceptionally strong backend engineer with 3-6 years of experience for a Founding Engineer role.

Were not hiring for scale - were hiring for impact. The ideal candidate has demonstrated outstanding performance year after year, has built products from 0-1, and thrives in high-ownership, fast-paced environments.

Technical Requirements :

We are specifically looking for backend engineers with :

• Strong hands-on experience in Java or Node.js.
• Experience building and running systems on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.)
• Strong foundation in Relational Databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) - schema design, indexing, performance tuning
• Proficiency with Messaging Queues (e.g. SQS, Kafka)
• Experience designing clean APIs, debugging production systems, and building scalable backend architectures
