1. Experience in designing and developing complex applications using JAVA, SPRINGBOOT framework.

2 . Well versed with design patterns, BDD, TDD, DDD etc.,

3. Expertise on Microservices, NoSQL DB, Graph DB, Neo4j, RDBMS, Redis, KAFKA

4. Expertise on open-source stack and with experience on implementing Open-Source projects.

5. Exposure to cloud technologies, including CI / CD pipeline setup.

6. Experience in performance benchmarking of microservices and sizing of cloud.

7. Experience in guiding and grooming technical team on POC’s and solutioning

8. Experience in Agile ways of working.

9. Good analytical skills, written and verbal communication

10. Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) application preferred

11. Knowledge of retail domain and ARTS CDM preferred
