Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive

Telecaller

with experience in

Interior Design Sales . The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound and inbound calls to explain interior design services to potential clients.

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Schedule appointments for the design / sales team with interested customers.

Maintain and update lead data and follow-up records in CRM.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design packages.

Achieve daily and monthly sales conversion targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1–2 years of experience as a

Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

in

Interior Design, Real Estate, or Home Décor

industry.

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills in

English and Hindi .

Confident, energetic, and goal-driven personality.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, Email, WhatsApp Web).

Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.

Education :

Graduate in any stream (Preference for candidates with background or interest in

Interior Design / Architecture ).
