Job Overview :
UniHawk is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tele sales Specialist to support our Sales and Admissions teams in India. The role involves coordinating communication with prospects, managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the smooth execution of the admission and sales process to help achieve conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate with prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and meetings regarding courses and admissions.
- Coordinate with counsellors and BU Heads to schedule and organize meetings.
- Support the admissions and sales process by handling queries and guiding required documentation.
- Maintain accurate databases, registration forms, and student records in compliance with internal and educational guidelines.
- Prepare MIS reports and track admission and sales performance metrics.
- Review student applications (UCAS, Common App, OUAC, etc.) for eligibility and completeness.
- Collect feedback and encourage Google reviews to strengthen the company’s brand presence.
- Coordinate logistics for events, fairs, and other sales-related activities.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, admissions, or client-facing roles (education sector preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional client-handling approach.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM / ERP tools .
