Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Support :
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing business strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare briefs, presentations, and dashboards for leadership reviews and board meetings.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and internal data analysis to support decision-making.
- Monitor and follow up on key action points and strategic deliverables.
Executive Operations :
Manage and prioritize the Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel.Attend high-level meetings, record minutes, and track action items.Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.Stakeholder Management :
Serve as a liaison between the Director and senior leadership, clients, consultants, and external partners.Coordinate inter-departmental and cross-functional communications and activities.Project Coordination :
Oversee key cross-functional projects on behalf of the Director.Ensure timelines, milestones, and reporting metrics are adhered to.
