We pride ourselves on a design-forward approach that balances aesthetics with performance.As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai ..Key Responsibilities- Drive sales for interior products in the commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and project managers.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies and promotional campaigns.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.- Provide excellent after-sales support and manage client expectations.Qualifications & Skills- Proven experience in sales management , ideally in the commercial interiors or building materials industry.- Strong client relationship and business development skills.- Experience in B2B sales within the interior or architectural products segment.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.- In-depth knowledge of interior products , materials, and market trends.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales , or a related field.
