Job descriptionEnsure project reporting and governance processes is in place to improves stakeholder Plan, implement and support solutions covering areas of 3rd Party applications. Demonstrate Outstanding Collaborative Skills, Excellent Drafting, Verbal & Written Technical Expertise to trouble shoot issues / integration activities Documentation and Tracking Managing CRs, Audit, and Overall monitoring of CRM, Chatbot and E-Meeting As a part of vendor management, monitoring and evaluating the performance of vendors. Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity. Work closely with sponsor and cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, Manage Project teams for optimal return-on-investment and coordinate & delegate cross project initiatives. Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
