Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Governance & Delivery
• Own end-to-end service delivery governance for SAP AMS.
• Act as primary interface between ATG stakeholders and AMS teams.
• Ensure SLA compliance, performance reporting, and escalation management.
• Operational Excellence
• Drive governance forums, dashboards, and KPI presentations.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Portfolio & Resource Management
• Manage enhancement portfolio, resource allocation, and demand prioritization.
• Collaboration
• Work with ATG CoE and SAP RISE teams for release planning and upgrades.
• Continuous Improvement
• Optimize service quality and reduce ticket volumes.
