Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Jaipur. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, managing customer support teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and improving the quality of customer interactions, resolving escalated customer issues, and analyzing customer feedback to enhance service quality.
