Principal Consultant - PPP

Job Description

• Conduct PPP bids evaluation and prepare well drafted reports as per WSP format.
• Support technical team to undertake technical due diligence from a PPP perspective (VFM analysis, Cost Benefit analysis, optimized capex, facility management, low-cost life cycle costing, etc.
• Support / Lead the team is preparing / drafting reports for delivery to Project Sponsors, investors, project lenders, etc.
• Support PPP team in preparing price proposals as per WSP formats.
• Coordinate and work closely with design / technical team and develop the technical PPP capabilities of the team.
• Contribute to PPP solutions on projects.
• Keep up to date with industry developments with respect to own discipline and appreciate the basic PPP principles and drivers of other disciplines
• Gain Fundamental knowledge of other disciplines from an overall perspective. Project Leadership
• To act as PM on selected projects by managing the successful delivery of high quality multi and single disciplinary projects
• Project manage and supervise teams to successfully deliver high quality discipline projects in line with the Project Life Cycle
