Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the growth of our cloud services portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with IT resellers and MSPs, and driving sales across our product stack – including Microsoft licensing, backup solutions, cloud telephony, and cybersecurity platforms.
Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and onboard new channel partners and MSPs
Promote and sell Auscomp’s cloud services including :
Microsoft 365 & Azure
Vembu Cloud Backup solutions
Access 4 Cloud Telephony (UCaaS)
TeamT5 Cybersecurity solutions
Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients and partners
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring retention and upselling
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market insights
Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience in IT sales, channel sales, or business development
Prior experience in the cloud or technology industry is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud products (M365, Azure)
Understanding of cloud backup, UCaaS, and cybersecurity solutions is a plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a growth mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Teams
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of SaaS, licensing models, and IT service delivery is an advantage
