Job descriptionDevelop new business opportunities in Non-IT sectors. Connect with HR managers, business heads, and decision-makers in targeted industries. Present and pitch recruitment services for middle, senior, and leadership-level roles. Negotiate commercials, agreements, and contracts. Collaborate with recruitment teams for smooth delivery of client requirements. Maintain competitor analysis and track industry hiring trends. Achieve revenue and client acquisition targets. Strong client network in Non-IT industries. Proven experience in staffing / recruitment sales. Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills. Knowledge of Non-IT hiring processes and workforce needs. Graduate / MBA (Marketing / HR preferred). 4–8 years in recruitment business development (Non-IT domain).

- Should be able to generate new clients within the first 30 days of joining.
- Immediate market connections & industry network preferred.
Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our Non-IT recruitment services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients across manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, automobile, logistics, and other industries, while building strong long-term client relationships.
