Your Opportunity :
The ESAB Project Enterprise SAP S / 4HANA Procure to Pay (Supply Chain) Lead. As the P2P Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in all aspects of P2P within our SAP S / 4HANA environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, analyze current processes, and implement best practice solutions that drive efficiency, cost savings, and compliance.
What you will do :
- Expert in SAP S / 4HANA P2P modules : Possess in-depth knowledge of the P2P functionalities, including Procurement, Sourcing, Sourcing Contract Management, Invoice Management, etc.
- Implementation and Optimization : Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of S / 4HANA P2P solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Business Process Expertise : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into optimal S / 4HANA configurations and workflows. Conduct detailed business process analysis and gap analysis to understand current P2P landscape and identify areas for improvement. Analyze and understand business requirements related to purchase requisitioning, purchase order creation, goods receipt processing, invoice matching and approval, and supplier management.
- Change Management : Guide and support users through the transition to the new system, providing training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Issue Resolution : Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the P2P process.
- Stay Current : Maintain strong knowledge of evolving SAP technologies and best practices through continuous learning and development.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and document the P2P process flow across various SAP modules.
- Performing gap analysis and defining business requirements for the P2P process
- Design and implement S / 4HANA P2P solutions that streamline purchase requisitioning, purchase order creation, goods receipt processing, invoice matching and approval, and supplier management.
- Configure Fiori apps and workflows to improve user experience and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of P2P functionalities with other SAP modules and systems.
- Develop and document detailed functional specifications for P2P processes and integrations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, IT) to define requirements, gather business inputs, and ensure smooth go-lives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans for P2P functionality, including regression testing and user acceptance testing.
- Provide ongoing training and support to users on new P2P functionalities and system changes.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure user adoption and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest S / 4HANA innovations and best practices, suggesting continuous improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze P2P performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Partner with other functional teams to ensure alignment of P2P processes with broader business objectives.
- Document processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference and knowledge transfer.
- Analyze existing P2P processes and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Participating in system upgrades and migrations
- Collaborating with IT and other teams to ensure integration and data integrity
- Participate in P2P project teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP S / 4HANA P2P features and updates.
What we are looking for :
1. SAP Procure to Pay (Supply Chain) Lead- should have experience in more than 1 implementation, greenfield preferred and extensive experience as SAP consultant.
Proven experience as an SAP S / 4HANA P2P Functional Consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Minimum of 3 different implementation projectsProven expertise in all phases of the Procure to Pay cycle, including purchase requisitioning, purchase order creation, goods receipt processing, invoice matching and approval, and supplier management.Proven experience in configuring SAP S / 4HANA for P2P functionalitiesStrong understanding of Fiori apps and UI5 development concepts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to process optimization.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEducation Requirements :
