What you’llbe responsible for :
Be the go-to expert in our Eloqua (or Marketo) instance so that our back-end process meets standards for accurate, efficient reporting and optimization.
Own the administration of certain processes within our MarTech stack, including managing user access, process governance, and providing insight to improve the use of these tools
Work closely with marketing leadership and sales operations to ensure the marketing database is clean, complete
Create and implement scalable processes to improve current and future processes
Onboarding new Martech tools and their integration with existing BMC tools and processes
Job Requirements :
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Collaborative, detailed, service-oriented, and a solid technical mindset
Ability to translate business objectives into marketing goals, processes and measurements
Experience in Industry Best Practices for marketing metrics and processes
Power user with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
2+years' experience in B2B marketing working with a sales, marketing or financial operations team
Experience in Eloqua / Marketo, collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams), and advanced reporting and analytics tools.
Nice to Have’s :
Experience in analytics
Experience in ABM or Demand Generation role in the high-tech industry
BA / BS in marketing, business, or related field, preferred
Bachelor’s degree
