Role Overview
The Head – Strategic Partnerships & PR will drive Quick Clean’s growth journey by forging high-value partnerships, strengthening brand presence, and positioning the company as a thought leader in hospitality, healthcare, and beyond.
This role combines business development, brand positioning, and ecosystem leadership — making it central to Quick Clean’s ambition of becoming the world’s largest OPL company with no compromise on environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and forge long-term partnerships with hospitality groups, healthcare institutions, campuses, and global brands.
- Develop co-branded initiatives with sustainability and innovation at the core (e.g., ReWeave 360 collaborations).
- Build global alliances for market entry into South Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
Brand Expansion & Visibility
Elevate Quick Clean’s brand presence through PR, media, and awards platforms (Hotelier India, sustainability forums, global events).Drive thought leadership by positioning Quick Clean as a sustainability-first OPL company.Oversee brand campaigns, client success showcases, and impact storytelling.Revenue Growth through Partnerships
Unlock new revenue streams via strategic sponsorships, alliances, and co-innovation projects.Collaborate with sales & operations teams to bundle partnership-led offerings for clients.Negotiate win-win contracts ensuring both Quick Clean’s profitability and partner value creation.Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement
Represent Quick Clean at industry events, global conferences, and government sustainability platforms.Build advocacy networks with investors, media houses, and industry leaders.Create brand trust and recall across hospitality and healthcare segments.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new strategic partnerships signed (hospitality / healthcare / alliances).Revenue contribution from partnership-driven initiatives.Brand visibility metrics (PR coverage, awards won, digital reach).Stakeholder satisfaction (partners, clients, media).Expansion milestones achieved (new markets entered, sectors added).Daily Tasks
Engage with key partners and stakeholders through meetings / calls / emails.Review ongoing partnership performance and resolve immediate issues.Monitor brand mentions, PR opportunities, and competitor activity..Weekly Tasks
Conduct partnership review meetings with internal teams.Evaluate progress on brand campaigns and media coverage.Track revenue from partnership-led channels and report trends.Engage in networking and attend at least one industry / hospitality / Healthcare interaction per week.Monthly Tasks
Develop and present a monthly partnerships & brand expansion dashboard to the CEO.Review ROI of all partnerships and sponsorship activities.Lead brainstorming workshops with sales / ops / marketing for new partnership opportunities.Represent Quick Clean at at least one external event, award, or conference.Reports to be Generated
