Job descriptionBuild relationships with global and regional brands, agencies, and creator networks to drive influencer marketing mandates. Set up operations, manage budgets, and drive revenue targets across key SEA countries. Hire, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams in sales, strategy, and campaign delivery. Work closely with marketing heads, CMOs, and agency partners to deliver large-scale influencer campaigns that blend global strategy with local insight. Partner with Barcode’s India leadership to replicate success frameworks while customizing for local markets. 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or media agency leadership . Strong network of brands, creators, and media partners across Southeast Asia. Proven track record of business expansion and revenue growth . Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set up teams and systems from scratch. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a multicultural understanding. A leadership opportunity to build Barcode’s SEA business from the ground up . Global exposure through collaborations with international brands. We’re now looking for a dynamic Business Head to set up and scale our Southeast Asia business — focusing on markets like Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan .
