Role Overview-
We’re looking for a
versatile and data-driven AdOps & Media Buying Specialist
to manage, execute, and optimize campaigns across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on performance marketer with deep knowledge of
Google, Meta, Bing, and affiliate ecosystems , and experience managing full-funnel paid media strategies - from campaign setup to optimization and reporting.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure every campaign is aligned with performance goals, brand guidelines, and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities-
Plan, execute, and optimize
paid campaigns across
Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, YouTube , and
affiliate networks
for multiple brands or agency clients.
Manage budgets and pacing
across large-scale campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient performance on CPL, CPA, and ROAS goals.
Analyze and report
campaign data using
Google Analytics ,
Meta dashboards , and
GTM , providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Lead account operations
including verification, reinstatement, ad approvals, and cross-platform compliance.
Collaborate with creative, web, and strategy teams
to enhance landing pages, conversion tracking, and ad quality.
Bring proven experience
from a
digital agency or media buying background , with hands-on work across
diverse industries
(e-commerce, lead generation, BFSI, etc.), and relevant
certifications
(Google Ads / Meta Blueprint preferred).
Key Skills & Tools-
Platforms :
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Affiliate Networks
Analytics & Tracking :
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API, Data Studio
Optimization :
A / B Testing, Landing Page Optimization, ROAS / CPA optimization
Tech Skills :
MS Excel, Sheets (pivot tables, formulas), Looker Studio (Data Studio)
Bonus :
Programmatic buying knowledge, DSP experience, familiarity with tracking tools like Voluum / Binom
Requirements-
2–5 years of experience in
digital advertising, adops, or media buying
(preferably in international markets).
Strong understanding of
CPL, CPA, CPM, CPS, and hybrid campaign models .
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certification preferred
