Associate - Media Buying

Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified™) is seeking an enthusiastic Associate - Media Buying to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.

What will you do as an Associate - Media Buying :

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to identify high-performing opportunities
• Plan, create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various formats (search, display, shopping, video), as well as Meta Ads and native ads
• Optimize bid strategies, ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve click-through rates and conversions
• Monitor campaign performance closely and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI
• Effectively allocate budgets across campaigns and channels, track spending, and ensure adherence to budget constraints
• Conduct performance analysis using Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools, measuring key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and CPA
• Implement A / B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and native advertising
• Attend relevant industry webinars, training, or conferences to continually upgrade skills
