Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management :
- Act as the primary point of contact between UpGrad and its insurance hiring partners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution :
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end hiring strategies for life and general insurance agency models.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their manpower needs and hiring goals.
- Drive the entire recruitment life cycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer management, and closures.
- Team Management :
- Manage, guide, and support a team of 8–10 recruiters.
- Set performance targets, conduct regular reviews, and ensure high productivity and motivation.
- Pipeline Management & Delivery :
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of profiles and closure of positions within defined SLAs.
- Stakeholder Coordination :
- Liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless hiring processes.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on progress, challenges, and market trends.
- Market Intelligence :
- Share market insights including competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate feedback.
- Recommend continuous improvements to optimize sourcing and conversion metrics.
What We're Looking For :
Experience : 5–10 years in recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in insurance / agency hiring.Domain Knowledge : Deep understanding of insurance agency hiring models, recruitment KPIs, and regional hiring dynamics.Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage a team, handle high-pressure situations, and meet aggressive targets.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.Tools : Proficiency in recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, internal ATS), Excel, and dashboards.Preferred Candidate Profile :
Prior experience with NBFCs, Insurance Brokers, or BFSI recruitment projects is highly preferred.Must be goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup-like environment.Willingness to travel for recruitment drives and client meetings if needed.Skills Required
