Quantity Surveyor

to join our multidisciplinary team.

We work on high-impact public projects, including Smart Streets, Municipal Corporation infrastructure, lakefront revitalisation, public realm upgrades, sports infrastructure, and state-level government interiors.

Role & Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs for urban, infrastructure, and government projects

Support DPRs, tender documents, project budgeting, and cost control

Work with AP SoR, municipal guidelines, and government engineering standards

Coordinate with urban design, architecture, engineering, and site teams

Track variations, billing, and reconciliation throughout the project cycle

Ensure cost accuracy for fast-paced, design-driven government projects

Requirements :

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Prior experience with AP Municipal Corporations / AP Government projects (strongly preferred)

Proficiency in estimation tools, AutoCAD, Excel, and SoR analysis

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
