Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production and Quality Manager located in Mumbai. The individual will oversee daily manufacturing operations, maintain quality control throughout the production process, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing processes for efficiency, supervising a team of workers, and implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols. The role will also involve coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth production workflows, minimizing waste, and striving for consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, process optimization, and team leadership
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards, compliance regulations, and food safety protocols
• Skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth production operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using production and quality monitoring tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is highly desirable
