Brand Visage Communications is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute ROI-driven paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROAS / Leads
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns on a daily basis
• Develop strategies for lead generation and conversions
• Stay updated with performance marketing trends and platform updates
• Work closely with creative and account management teams to achieve client goals
