Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data engineering initiatives across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Architects, DevOps, and Business Analysts to translate high-level requirements into clear technical deliverables.
• Act as a technical liaison- facilitating conversations between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Oversee architecture reviews, technical documentation, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and privacy standards, especially in regulated domains like pharma.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop mitigation plans.
• Track KPIs and success metrics to ensure project outcomes align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with QA, DataOps, and cloud teams to maintain quality and delivery SLAs.
