Role Overview

The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by promoting and selling Ridhira Retreat’s banquet halls, wellness events, destination weddings, and corporate events. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of events in collaboration with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads and secure bookings for weddings, social functions, corporate events, wellness retreats, and MICE activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, wedding planners, corporates, travel agencies, and wellness partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property show-rounds to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for banquets and events.
