We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Telesales team in driving high-performance outcomes. The role involves managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, motivating the sales team to achieve targets, ensuring process adherence, and maintaining a positive, competitive environment on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, data-driven decision-making ability, and in-depth knowledge of motor insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of team members.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to maintain a highly competitive and positive environment on the floor.
- Ensure process-related TATs (Turnaround Times) are met with timely delivery of desired outcomes.
- Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, contributing to strategy formulation and improvement programs.
- Plan, structure, and execute team tasks while ensuring process adherence and goal achievement.
- Lead in training, rewarding, and disciplining employees, and take an active role in staffing and onboarding new hires.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges with a solution-driven mindset.
- Drive quality, productivity, and process improvements to meet business growth targets.
- Foster a partner-focused, metrics-driven environment, ensuring accountability and consistent results.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of total work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in telesales team management.Proven track record in motor insurance sales and exposure to high-scale selling environments.Experience managing a team of at least 10 telesales executives.Strong analytical and data management skills, with expertise in Excel.Excellent communication and people management skills.Flexibility to work in different shifts as required.Language Preference : Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.Professional Skills :
