Employee Relations And Industrial Relations
Key activities : Develop progressive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations strategies in the plant.
a) Plan, Engage and Communicate with the senior leadership team while cascading strategies for arriving long term wage settlement for cost effective and affordable wage settlements for the plant
b) Strategize, Design and roll out Business Contingency Plan while driving Industrial Relations agenda in the organization for smooth and seamless functioning of business
