We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of campaigns, drive measurable results, and fuel our growth engine.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Own the performance marketing funnel : from campaign setup to reporting, analysis, and continuous optimization.
• Track, monitor, and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives, ad copies, and landing pages that convert.
• Run A / B tests on creatives, targeting, and messaging to enhance campaign performance.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Partner with product and growth teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and business goals / user acquisition strategies.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
