Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI

Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and brand awareness

Collaborate with creative and content teams to design compelling ad creatives and copy

Manage budgets, monitor spend, and ensure campaigns stay within financial targets

Conduct A / B testing and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing

Qualifications & Skills Required

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a

Digital Marketing Agency

Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability

Proficiency with campaign management and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
