Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role involves identifying prospects, initiating conversations, sending quotations and contracts, and ensuring timely follow-ups on proposals and payments. You’ll play a key role in driving our sales pipeline and supporting regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential hotel clients across India & South Asia.
• Conduct outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) and handle inbound leads.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Follow up on pending proposals, renewals, and payments to ensure closure.
• Maintain and update CRM records and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams on campaigns and conversions.
