Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Securin is an AI-driven cybersecurity product based company backed up by services focused on proactive, adversarial exposure and vulnerability management. Our mission is to help organizations reduce cyber risk by identifying, prioritizing, and remediating the issues that matter most. Powered by a seasoned team of threat researchers and status as a Certified Naming Authority (CNA), Securin combines artificial intelligence / machine learning, threat intelligence, and deep vulnerability research (including the Dark Web) to deliver an adversarial approach to cyber defense. We help enterprises shift from reactive patching to strategic, risk-based exposure and vulnerability management – driving smarter security decisions and faster remediation.

Work Mode :

Hybrid (Work from office, Chennai, 2 days a week to office)

About the Role : This is a

ground-floor opportunity

to join our sales organization and be part of a new team that’s shaping how we connect with prospects, generate demand, and build relationships with future customers.

What You’ll Do

Outbound Prospecting : Research and identify target accounts, key stakeholders, and initiate outreach through calls, emails, and social channels.

Inbound Qualification : Engage inbound leads, quickly qualify interest, and route to the right sales channels.

Message Testing : Work closely with the Head of Sales Development to test messaging, channels, and campaigns to understand what resonates with different personas.

Collaboration : Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and content follow-ups to maximize pipeline creation.

Pipeline Contribution : Consistently book qualified meetings and create opportunities for the Sales team.

CRM & Tools : Use CRM and prospecting tools to track activities, manage pipeline, and report on progress.

Learning & Growth :

Actively learn about the cybersecurity industry, Securin’s solutions, and the challenges faced by CISOs and security leaders.

Lead with AI first :

Effective use of AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and output

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in

sales development, lead generation, or inside sales , ideally in SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity. Experience with working with prospects in the US primarily with some focus on ANZ and other APJC markets.

Strong communication skills — written and verbal (comfort with cold calls is a must).

Proactive and curious mindset; comfortable with researching new accounts and experimenting with outreach.

Goal-oriented, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.

Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Strong working knowledge of leveraging AI to drive efficiency and effectiveness including tools like ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini; other tools like Clay, Apollo, Factors, Outreach, Gong, Bombora, Hubspot, etc.

How You’ll Be Measured

Number of qualified meetings set with target accounts.

Pipeline contribution (value and conversion of opportunities created).

Consistency in activity levels (calls, emails, social touches).

Responsiveness and follow-through on inbound leads and campaigns.
