Executive Assistant to CEO / Prefers Gender Diversity / Strategic Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Business Support
- Support the CEO in driving business growth initiatives, performance tracking, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and financial trackers for board, EXCOM, and steering committee meetings.
- Conduct market and competitor research; prepare briefing notes for CEO’s meetings with clients, partners, and investors.
- Track execution of key projects (client transitions, large-scale deployments, Capex investments, etc.) and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Executive Office Management
Manage the CEO’s calendar, optimize time allocation, and prioritize engagements.Draft high-quality business correspondence, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate travel, logistics, and client visits for the CEO.Handle sensitive and confidential business information with the highest level of discretion.3. Leadership & Team Coordination
Act as a liaison between the CEO’s office and Functional Heads.Ensure effective communication across Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams.Follow up on CEO’s directives and ensure closure with accountability.Support EXCOM and Steering Committee reviews by preparing action trackers, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and follow-up reports.4.Client Handling
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 4–6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or Strategy role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business reporting tools.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong business acumen, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
