🚨 We Are Hiring – Service Desk (L1) Support | Pune & Bangalore 🚨

Looking to work with a global leader in Business Process Management?

We are hiring multiple Service Desk (L1) Support roles across experience levels for full-time, work-from-office positions.

πŸ–₯️ Open Positions :

πŸ”Ή Freshers (Technical Background) – Pune

πŸ”Ή 1+ Years Exp – Pune

πŸ”Ή 3+ Years Exp – Pune & Bangalore

🟩 Key Skills Required :

  • Strong communication (verbal & written)
  • Analytical thinking & problem-solving
  • Experience with IT Service Desk / L1 Tech Support
  • Basic knowledge of AD, O365, Azure, Networking
  • Troubleshooting skills across Windows, Outlook, Teams, VPN , etc.
  • Experience using ticketing tools and following ITIL practices
  • Ability to manage incidents via phone, email, web, or chat
  • 100% Work From Office – No hybrid

πŸ•’ Shifts : Rotational (US / UK) | 24x7 environment

πŸ“„ Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days preferred

πŸ“œ Education : Graduation / Post-Graduation with all marksheets & certificates mandatory

πŸ’Ό Experience Range & CTC :

  • Freshers – 2.5 LPA Tech background only - Pune
  • 1+ years – Up to 5 LPA – Pune
  • 3+ years – Up to 7 LPA – Pune & Bangalore
  • πŸ’‘ Final package will be based on experience, last CTC, and performance in the evaluation process.
  • πŸ” Non-Negotiables :

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willingness to work 24x7 shifts
  • Full-time education (15 years) – Graduation required
  • Provisional degree and mark sheets needed for onboarding
