At Coschool, we are building a next-gen Ed-tech platform that will revolutionise the way learning is imparted. We are seeking a Manager - Brand Marketin g who will be responsible for driving top of-funnel brand awareness and ensuring Coschool’s brand voice is consistent and compelling across all channels. You will conceive, plan, and execute innovative marketing initiatives that capture audience attention, handle partnerships with creative and marketing agencies, and shape the overall narrative around Coschool’s offerings in education and Gen-AI .

Your Key Responsibilities :
Brand Campaign Ideation & Execution
Develop, execute, and track end-to-end marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement.Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.Content Creation & Oversight
Ideate and lead creation of impactful brand assets including videos, graphics, and written content.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality deliverables on time.Agency & Vendor Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for creative and marketing agencies, ensuring alignment & track with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Brand Voice & Consistency
Own and maintain Coschool’s brand voice across all platforms, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences.Provide brand guidelines and training for internal teams to uphold consistency in communications.Trend Monitoring & Social Engageme nt
Stay updated on industry trends, social media shifts, and emerging platforms.Identify creative opportunities to integrate Coschool into relevant conversations and communities.Distribution & Channel Strate gy
Leverage a deep understanding of different marketing channels (digital, traditional, social, PR, influencer marketing, events etc.) to maximize brand reach.Experiment with new channels and assess ROI to optimize resource allocation.What We Need :
3–5 years in brand marketing, content marketing, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of successful brand-building campaigns.Proficient in content ideation and creation, including video, graphic, and editorial storytelling.Ability to conceptualize unique marketing initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences and drive brand awareness objectives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and managing external partners.Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and market trends; ability to transform insights into actionable recommendations.Proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns, manage budgets, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Genuine interest in Edtech, emerging technologies, and the potential impact of AI on learning.Resourceful, proactive, and adept at driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.Requirements
