Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and attrition management
- Manage performance management (goal setting, appraisals, feedback)
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
- Support workforce planning and succession planning
