Collections Trainer

Job description1–3 years of experience as a trainer (minimum 1 year required on paper for external candidates). Proficiency in Hindi, English, Kannada, and Telugu. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in collections preferred.
Role Responsibilities :
- Deliver soft skills and collections-related training across multilingual teams.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching.
- Collaborate with operations teams to align training with business needs.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
