Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Officer located in Bengaluru. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients, analyzing client accounts, providing customer service, and communicating effectively with clients to resolve any issues related to their accounts. The role requires strong analytical skills to assess the financial status of clients and to develop strategies for debt recovery.

• Debt Collection and Finance skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in the education or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
