Job description3–5 years of experience in training or collections operations Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint Must be a resident of Karnataka

- Deliver training for tele and field collections teams
- Develop and update training content and product modules
- Ensure process adherence and performance improvement through coaching
- Coordinate with stakeholders for training needs and effectiveness
