Role Responsibilities :
- Deliver training for tele and field collections teams
- Develop and update training content and product modules
- Ensure process adherence and performance improvement through coaching
- Coordinate with stakeholders for training needs and effectiveness

3–5 years of experience in training or collections operationsProficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian languageStrong skills in MS Excel and PowerPointMust be a resident of KarnatakaSkills Required
