The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :

5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience from product organizations or high-growth tech environments.Post Graduate degree (MBA) mandatoryExperience working with Sales teams and hiring for Sales roles, including Strategic, Presales, Business Development, Business Strategy & Marketing.Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.Passion for technology and digital currency.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Research experience and proven track record of delivering against goals within deadlines.Strong Talent Sourcing experience across geographies.Strong communication and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.">
