Job Title : Area Sales Officer (ASO)

Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer (ASO) to drive sales growth and market expansion in the assigned territory. The ASO will be responsible for managing primary & secondary sales, distributor relationships, and market execution to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .
- Drive secondary sales through distributor engagement .
- Ensure proper execution of trade schemes and consumer promotions .
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail base.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment and distributor ROI management.
- Track and improve sell-in and sell-out performance.
- Resolve distributor issues related to pricing, schemes, payments, and logistics .
- Ensure proper branding, visibility, and placement of products at outlets.
- Monitor and ensure execution of POS materials and in-store promotions .
- Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and new launches .
- Identify market gaps and propose strategic initiatives to increase market share .
