Job Summary :
Pre sales is about managing leads from various sources potential customers to various project sales teams. This position would be responsible to lead a team of pre-sales outsourced and in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.

Ability to convert enquiries into site visit.

Responsibilities :
Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members
Generating leads through cold calling of data
Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
Cross-using leads for various projects
Offering the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.
