Our OmniMarketplace connects food systems ( indoor farms, vertical farming operators, and premium HoReCa buyers (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) — delivering fresh, traceable, and climate-smart produce direct from farm to table.We are entering a high-growth phase and seeking a dynamic, results-driven HoReCa Sales Manager to build and grow our B2B revenue pipeline in Gurugram / Delhi NCR and beyond.Role OverviewAs HoReCa Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth by onboarding premium hotels, restaurants, and cafés into our OmniMarketplace platform. You will build strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and procurement heads to ensure adoption of our hyper-local, fresh, Beyond Organic produce .This role is about hustle, ownership, and execution — you’ll be directly responsible for turning pilots into repeat orders and making the OmniMarketplace the go-to source for premium HoReCa in NCR.Key ResponsibilitiesClient AcquisitionIdentify and onboard premium HoReCa clients (5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, cafés, institutional buyers).Build and manage a sales pipeline of at least 50 active leads within 3 months.2.Revenue GrowthDrive revenue targets from trial to recurring orders.Ensure OmniMarketplace achieves reasonable GMV in HoReCa sales within Year 1 (Delhi NCR focus).3.Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with chefs, F&B heads, and procurement managers.Conduct product demos, tastings, and INNOFarms.AI-powered farm tours to showcase value.4.
