Key Responsibilities :

User & Group Management :

• Manage users and groups in Microsoft 365 Entra ID and Google Workspace
• Handle access control, provisioning, and de-provisioning of & Security :
• Troubleshoot and manage routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs
• Perform packet analysis and resolve connectivity issues
• Collaborate with security tools like CrowdStrike or & Automation :
• Write and maintain basic scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Automate routine tasks and support cybersecurity :
• Clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Prioritize and manage multiple support tickets Management :
• Handle high-priority incidents with minimal supervision
• Balance workload between urgent and routine tasks
