Job Title : IT Specialist

Job Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Duratuion : Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all ISPs and related issues to ensure 24x7 availability of internet
• User & Access Management : Create / manage user accounts and permissions.
• Network Support : Monitor and troubleshoot LAN / WAN / VPN / wifi issues.
• Monitoring & Performance : Track system health and optimize performance.
• Software Management : Install, update, and manage enterprise software
• Documentation : Maintain system configurations and update logs.
• Technical Support : Provide advanced support for IT issues.
• Automation : Use scripts (preferably PowerShell / Python) to automate routine tasks.
• Manage and maintain Servers - Windows and Linux (including latest patches etc.)
• Manage Active Directory – Google workspace Administration etc.
• Maintain and implement GPO policies according to regional and global policies.
