To facilitate this transformation, a new Business Operations Business Unit is being established, bringing together existing business service activities, and driving further expansion of centralized services at scale into a global unit, with a focus on driving simplification, efficiency, and productivity. This new Business Unit will enable the delivery of best-in-class business support capabilities across the organization, incorporating and engaging disparate teams from across areas such as R&D, M&S, the Corporate Functions and GBUs into new global Service Delivery Towers with initial services spanning Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and People & Culture. Reporting to the Head of Productivity Initiatives, the Productivity Initiatives Team Lead will play a critical role in utilizing advanced analytics to identify, analyse, and drive efficiencies and productivity initiatives across the enterprise. This position will also be responsible for managing a team of two Analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of productivity initiatives.
Main Responsibilities :
Data Analysis : Employ advanced analytics techniques to analyze procurement data, extracting valuable insights for process optimization.Initiative Identification : Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies within procurement operations through data analysis and interpretation.Project Support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of productivity initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Continuous Improvement : Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing input for changes based on analytics findings.Collaboration : Work closely with procurement teams, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and align analytics efforts with productivity goals.Performance Tracking : Assist in the development and implementation of metrics to monitor the performance and impact of efficiency initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Reporting : Generate reports and updates as required for stakeholders and leadership, communicating key findings and progress of efficiency initiatives.Team Management : Provide leadership and direction to a team of two Analysts, including task delegation, performance evaluation, and professional development.About you :
Experience : Experience in analytics, process optimization, or a similar role. Familiarity with procurement processes and industry-specific productivity metrics. Proven experience in managing and leading a team.Soft skills & Technical skills : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytics concepts to diverse audiences. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and intellectual curiosity. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field.Languages : Fluent in English (spoken and written).Why Choose us
