Role Purpose

The Head - Projects is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and commissioning of

transmission projects within AESL, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals of

operational excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. This role is pivotal in driving AESL's

mission to revolutionize energy delivery through innovative solutions, including smart metering

and green power integration. The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of

safety and quality, and build strong relationships with government authorities to ensure

seamless project execution.
