Looking for someone who has good experience in working with the Domestic and US Recruitment companies, who can bring new clients to the organization and help in revenue generation.
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calls, cold emails, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Pitch recruitment and staffing services effectively to potential clients (Domestic and / or US market).
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial contact and pitching to onboarding and nurturing client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the delivery / recruitment team to ensure alignment between client expectations and candidate delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Travel to client locations to maintain and retain good relationships.
Preferred candidate profile
6-15 years of experience in B2B appointment setting.IT Staffing industry experience is a must.Previous experience in B2B appointment setting, preferably in recruitment or IT services.Proven track record in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, and closing deals.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups.Perks and benefits
