We are seeking an experienced  IT Services Manager  to lead the delivery of high-quality IT services that meet and exceed business expectations. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across all ITIL processes and IT Operations.

What You Will Do :

• Ensure all core ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Configuration Management) are executed to a high standard.
• Achieve and report on SLAs and KPIs, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Drive exceptional user experience and high satisfaction scores.
• Identify and implement service enhancements for efficiency and reliability.
• Manage incidents promptly and conduct root cause analysis for major issues.
• Build strong relationships with business units, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure services comply with policies, regulations and industry standards.
• Deliver services within budget while optimizing costs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT services team.
