Sales Manager – Enterprise Solutions (HUNTER Role)

The Opportunity
This is not a farming role. This is not about maintaining accounts.

You'll be responsible for hunting new enterprise logos, building deep CxO relationships, and
expanding our footprint across India — selling our AI-powered Sales Force Automation (SFA),
Distributor Management Systems (DMS), Merchandising Solutions, and Enterprise AI
offerings that are transforming how FMCG, electronics, and consumer durables companies
sell, distribute, and execute in the market.
What You'll Do
- Hunt and win — identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts in FMCG,
Electronics, and Consumer Durables sectors.
Lead with value and benefits, not just features — clearly articulate the business impactof SFA, DMS, Merchandising, and AI solutions.
Own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach and discovery to proposal creation,negotiation, contract validation, and signed deal.
Deliver professional, high-impact product demos tailored to the client's needs.Learn the product in depth and continuously enhance your technical and functionalunderstanding.
Acquire strong domain knowledge in FMCG sales, distribution, merchandising, and AIapplications — become a trusted advisor to clients.
Negotiate like a pro — balance winning deals with protecting margins and ensuringcommercial viability.
Create compelling proposals and RFP responses that align with client priorities.Validate contracts and ensure all terms are correct and commercially sound.Take ownership of revenue accruals — track, verify, and ensure accurate reporting incoordination with finance.
Use CRM systems to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain accurate salesforecasts.
Build and execute a territory domination plan to maximize market penetration.Create and grow a network of partners and resellers to expand indirect saleschannels.
Use AI-powered sales intelligence tools to research accounts, personalize outreach,and stay ahead of competition.
Be target-oriented and driven, consistently achieving and exceeding assigned salesgoals.
What You Bring
10–12 years in enterprise sales, with 5–7 years selling SFA, DMS, merchandisingsolutions, or related enterprise software in the Indian market.
Non-negotiable HUNTER mindset — you live for winning new business, not justmanaging existing accounts.
Proven ability to sell value and benefits to CxOs and senior leaders, tying solutionsdirectly to business outcomes.
Skilled at delivering professional demos that inspire confidence and drive buyingdecisions.
Commitment to deep product learning and continuously acquiring domain expertise.Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex enterprise deals.Experience in proposal writing, contract validation, and managing revenueaccruals.
Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage thesales process.
Demonstrated success in building and managing partner and reseller networks.Strong network across FMCG, Electronics, and Consumer Durables in India.Comfort using AI tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator AI, ChatGPT for proposal drafting,and competitive intelligence platforms to gain an edge.
